Femme Forward is a training programme designed to empower and uplift women, breaking down barriers and creating a more diverse and inclusive future.

The kickoff event highlights the diverse careers of women in tech. We discuss the questions: How can women become more enthusiastic about technical professions? What do companies need to do to attract more female professionals? What opportunities do women have for lateral entry into technical professions? Companies, interested parties, and of course all participants and contributors of the Femme Forward Programme are invited.

Femme Forward is an EU-funded Erasmus+ project with a consortium of 15 partners from industry, technology and education from all over Europe. In Germany the programme will be carried out by the education partner tech and teach.
